A very varied area which always make you think. Used for both Local and Regional events (the latter subject to finding an available car park) A sandy bluff which used to be the bank of the river Severn, flat former flood plain below, gently sloping plateau above. Mixed woodland straddling a fairly steep ridge. Not all of the wood is “runnable” but creative planning has allowed a Blue length course. Very attractive wood, particularly in bluebell season.
