Andy H made the podium (silver medal) and then, ably assisted by Ian G and Kerstin, came a very respectable 6th in the Ad Hoc relays. The event was held on the North Yorkshire Moors (Mulgrave Woods) and it was flipping fantastic! Steep slopes, mud fest, primulas in the forest and plenty of sunshine 😊 (Plus a few battles with branches; hopefully Ian’s head has stopped bleeding by now…)
