Seb Represents England at Interland Cup!
A huge congratulations to Seb, who recently represented England for the first time at the 2025 Interland Cup! Competing in the M14 category, he had a fantastic race, finishing in 3rd place and securing the best result for England in his age group.
The event took place in the Netherlands, with a warm and sunny training day followed by a foggy, cold race morning that cleared up as the competition went on. After a strong start, Seb kept up the pace and held on for a podium finish.
To top it all off, England won both the juniors event and the overall team trophy – well done all!
Well done, Seb, on this amazing achievement – we can’t wait to see what’s next…

Last weekend, I had the amazing experience of representing England at the Interland Cup for the first time. It was such an exciting trip, and I’ll never forget it!
We had a really long nine-hour drive to get there, which was pretty tiring, but I was looking forward to the race. The training day was great – it was warm and sunny, and the terrain felt a lot like England, just much, much flatter. It was fun getting used to it and practicing with the team.
Race day started off really cold and foggy, which made it a bit harder to see in the forest. Luckily, the fog lifted as the morning went on, and the conditions got better. I had a fast start and managed to keep up the pace. Towards the end, I started feeling tired on the endless sandy tracks, but I held on and finished in 3rd place – the best result for England in the M14 category! I was really happy with my run and proud to have done well for the team and contributed to our overall win!
After the race, we had another long nine-hour drive home, which felt even more exhausting than the way there. But I didn’t mind too much because I was still buzzing from the race. It was such an incredible experience, and I can’t wait for more opportunities to represent England in the future!
