Baggeridge results
Baggeridge results are here. Organiser Peter L says: Not a bad turnout for an event put on at fairly short notice. I’d planned the course so that every other (ish) control on the first section was on or very near paths, with the others accessible without having to fight through vegetation (subject to route choice). I put them out wearing shorts and emerged fairly unscathed. One of the controls had its kite taken – luckily I’d grippled the more expensive…
Baggeridge 9th July
The next event in our Summer Series is this Saturday at Baggeridge, with start times between 11.00am and noon. Full details are here. Stay for a post-run picnic and chat with your fellow club members. If the right people attend we may present some Club Champs trophies . Peter Langmaid, Organiser
Saltwells results
Saltwells results are here. Organiser Andy H says: We were lucky with the weather … the rain held off until the last controls had been collected. Many thanks to those helpers; we were finished by 8.30. Apologies to those who had problems on 11 and 24; I shouldn’t have chosen those control-sites. I have added an extra control to those who went from 160 to 162 without finding 161, and to those who went from 175 or 183 to 185…
