The opening event of the Summer Series will be held at Highbury Park, in Birmingham on Saturday 1st April.

The park was originally the urban farm owned by the Chamberlain family who lived in the neighbouring Highbury Hall. The park and the neighbouring gardens are a beautiful oasis in the suburbs of Birmingham with a lake, ponds and several woodland areas.

We are running this event in conjunction with COBOC who are treating it as a part of their Beginners, Families and Schools series.

We will be providing a 5.5km linear score course for more experienced orienteers and more intrepid beginners. In addition there will be white, yellow and orange courses for juniors and beginners, so there will be something for everyone.
